All members shall have the right to participate in the activities of FISpT in accordance with their category of membership.

All members have the following general obligations:

• to comply with these Statutes, the Olympic Charter, and all regulations, policies, and decisions of FISpT;

• to maintain good governance practices consistent with FISpT governance standards;

• to pay membership fees and to remain financially in good standing with the Federation;

• to comply with anti-doping, integrity, and safeguarding policies;

• to promote gender equality, non-discrimination, and inclusion;

• to report any matter that may compromise the integrity of FISpT or of the Sport for All movement.

Membership fees are determined by the General Assembly upon proposal of the Executive Council.

Membership fees are payable annually, within the deadlines established by the Executive Council.

Failure to pay membership fees may result in suspension or loss of membership, in accordance with these Statutes.

Membership fees are non-refundable.
