FISpT continues its global expansion with three new members, reaching 107 affiliated organizations worldwide

The International Sport for All Federation (FISpT) is pleased to announce the admission of three new members, further strengthening its global network and commitment to inclusive sport development.
Ukraine Active joins as a new Associate Member, while the Iraq Central Sport For All Federation has been admitted as a National Member and Englert Gastao as an Individual Member. In accordance with FISpT Statutes, the National and Individual memberships are currently granted on a provisional basis, pending formal ratification at the next General Assembly.
With these new additions, FISpT reaches the significant milestone of 107 members worldwide, reflecting the Federation’s continuous growth and increasing international recognition.
Marco Tomasini, CEO of FISpT, welcomed the new members:
“We are proud to welcome Ukraine Active, the Iraq Central Sport For All Federation, and Mr. Englert Gastao into the FISpT family. Reaching 107 members is not just a numerical milestone—it is a clear sign of the growing global commitment to Sport for All as a fundamental tool for inclusion, health, and community development. We look forward to working closely with our new members to further strengthen our shared vision and expand access to sport across all regions.”

Englert Gastão (Gastão Englert) is a prominent sports leader and passionate advocate for sport as a tool for human development and social change. He currently serves as President of the International Fistball Association (IFA), where he has played a key role in promoting fistball worldwide and strengthening Olympic‑oriented sport education.
With a long career as a coach, referee, and sports administrator, he has contributed extensively to grassroots sport, gender equity, inclusion, and youth development in sport. His individual membership in FISpT reflects his strong commitment to the global Sport‑for‑All movement and to using sport as a means to build healthier, more inclusive societies.

UA Active (Ukraine Active) is a Ukrainian organization dedicated to promoting sport for all and active lifestyles across the country. It works to make physical activity accessible to people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities, supporting mass participation and community‑based sport initiatives.
Through its programs, UA Active fosters healthy living, social inclusion, and grassroots sport development, helping to strengthen Ukraine’s sport‑for‑all ecosystem and its links with the international Sport for All movement.

The Iraq Central Sport For All Federation is a national sports body dedicated to promoting sport for all, physical activity, and community participation across Iraq. It supports inclusive grassroots development and works to make sport accessible to people of all ages and backgrounds.
Through its programs and partnerships, the Federation helps strengthen the culture of sport, health, and social inclusion in the country. It also contributes to the wider international Sport for All movement by fostering cooperation and engagement at national level.

FISpT remains committed to fostering collaboration among its members and supporting initiatives that promote physical activity, social inclusion, and grassroots sport development worldwide.
