Information relating to EGM and Congress

we are sending you the information relating to the assembly, congress and activities of the International Sport for All Federation.

The delegates registered in person at the Election and at the Extraordinary General Assembly need to be at the Cosmopolitan Hotel (Via Alcide De Gasperi, 2, 62012, Civitanova Marche, MC, Italy) at 8:45 AM Italian Time (January 24th).

The delegates, one per country, need to enter the room with a device (phone, tablet or any smartphone) able to connect to the wifi of the room. This is needed as the voting procedure will be fully online and the delegates have to scan a proper QR code to vote.

The online delegates, one per country, have to follow the same procedure at home, scanning from the slides the proper QR code to vote.

At the beginning of the assembly there will be the possibility to connect (both in person and online participants) to the translation service. The service is available for free and you can just use your PC, laptop, smartphone scanning the QR code available at the beginning of each session or clicking on the link already available per each session. We strongly suggest bringing headphones to listen to the interpreter without forcing yourself to read all the captures from the phone.

There is also a link to connect to the Zoom Session available for both the delegates and the guests.

On Sunday (January 25th)., the International Sport for All Federation and the European Sport for All Union will have the Open Board.
